PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL

Thank you for considering us for your event! We have a lovely taproom that can accommodate approximately 40 guests.

With your event rental you’ll have access to the following:

  • TIPS trained bar staff for the duration of your event

  • Use of the walk-in cooler for your personal food and drink items

  • Speakers that can connect to any digital device for music

  • Digital projector

  • Air curling set

  • Games library

Other details:

  • There is a minimum rental time of 3 hours.

  • While we won’t charge you an hourly rate, we do have minimum order requirements.

    • Sunday and Tuesday – Thursday

      • 3 hrs without food, $500 minimum.

    • Monday, Friday & Saturday

      • 3 hrs without food, $800 minimum.

  • If you’d like to reserve the space for more than 3 hours, please inquire here

  • Rates do not include gratuity, a service fee will be added to your bill.

  • You are welcome to select your own caterer; however, we have worked with and can recommend Patch Burger, Cocina Lupita, Caravan Kitchen, Zack’s BBQ, and Wheelhouse Catering.

  • Only beer produced by Four Phantoms Brewing Company may be served. You are welcome to bring in your own non-alcoholic beverages.

  • All guests must remain off the epoxied floor that houses the brewery equipment during the event.

  • Reservation deposits are refundable minus the transaction fee if canceled within 30 days of the event.
